It has been a challenge for us to properly irrigate our property as well as have the proper lighting, trees, pavers and decorative rocks done right without always having to fix and keep replacing portions of them all the time. Until we met Rick and ... True Image Landscaping we could never feel confident about the final results because most of the companies we hired always took too many shortcuts or never showed up on time. Chasing them down to finish a job or replacing what was not done correctly was the norm. And I mean what we thought were “reputable” large landscaping companies. When I met Rick I immediately felt like he “got it” and knew what we needed done, and understood that we had a reasonable budget to get the job done correctly. He gave us a total estimate and agreed it was best to start with properly fixing the irrigation before taking the next step which would be replacing trees that were inappropriately planted, followed by the proper lighting, then finally placing decorative pavers and rocks for walkways and areas the grass had a hard time growing. Every step he took was methodically done and not rushed. All this at a reasonable cost and for once I did not feel like I was being rushed. I felt like he was more concerned about doing it right rather than ripping out the old and putting in the new at record pace to get it done and paid. In fact when redoing the lighting he found bulbs burnt out that I never knew were out and replaced them and let me know. This was not a “rush job” I have experienced in the past although they redid each part separately in a very efficient and timely manner with plenty of help to get it done. Rick was always there when he said he would be. Never had to chase him down. When a portion of the job was agreed upon he'd be out here in a day or two to complete it. Never had to chase him down. It has been 2 months since he finished and my front and back yards are lush, beautiful with proper privacy and lighting. The irrigation system is finally working properly and I never have to keep checking the timing system as he set it so not to over or under water. Our backyard was in rough shape before. We had uneven ground, an ol... d worn-out fence, and a space we never really used. They completely transformed it into a clean, modern, and beautiful outdoor area. The new pavers, the white fence, the walkway, the pool area… everything looks incredible.
